By accessing or using the TamDoUs.com website ("Site") and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the Site or use any services.

2. About TamDoUs.com

TamDoUs.com is an online and in-store retailer of consumer electronics located at 5500 S Redwood Rd, Suite 203, Salt Lake City, UT 84123. We sell new and pre-owned electronics including iPhones, laptops, tablets, cameras, gaming consoles, and watches.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free.
• Pre-owned items are graded by condition (Excellent, Good, Fair) and described as accurately as possible. Minor cosmetic imperfections may not be listed.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse any order.

4. Ordering & Payment

• By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• We accept payment via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and cash (in-store only).
• Orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel any order if the item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if fraud is suspected.
• Utah sales tax will be applied where applicable.

5. Shipping & Local Pickup

• Free Local Pickup: Orders may be picked up at our store during business hours (Mon–Sat, 11 AM – 6 PM).
• Shipping: We offer domestic shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories included.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrectly described.

7. Warranty

All products sold by TamDoUs.com come with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse. Warranty claims must be initiated by contacting us directly.

8. Member Accounts

• You may create an account to track orders, save wishlists, and access member benefits. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Our membership tier program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) provides increasing benefits based on your purchase history. Tier benefits and thresholds may change at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of TamDoUs.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TamDoUs.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
